Purchase process

You need to pay $5000 and fill out the EOI to hold the type of house you are interested in. After the developers receive the payment and EOI, they will prepare the contract. After you confirm the contract and sign it, the developers will sign.  The rest of the down payments need to be paid within 14 days from the date of completion of the contract signed by both sides. If you are a local buyer, down payment is 10% of house prices, and if you are overseas buyers, down payment is 20% of home prices. In addition, overseas buyers need to pay the FIRB fee of $5500. The project is expected to be settled in 2020, and the rest of the payment and stamp duty will be paid off before the settlement.
