Purchase terms

To retain your desired room type, you will need to pay $1000 and fill in the EOI to hold your preferred room type. After receiving the payment and EOI, the developer will prepare the contract. After you confirm the contract and sign it, the developer will sign the contract.  The rest of the down payment needs to be paid within 14 days from the date of completion of signing the contract by both sides. Under normal circumstances, the down payment of the local buyers is 10% of the housing prices, overseas is 20%. The project is expected to settle in August 2019, and the remaining payment and stamp duty can be paid before settlement.
